Our Service to You

All our plans come with specific run drills, strength and conditioning sessions specific to your ability.   

We know you can get Runna Apps and Garmin plans for free, however these plans are notorious for making you over train and lead to injury, they are based on an algorythm which doesn't take into account other life commitments.   We believe that run coaching should be available for all, and to prevent injury, so alongside our 1-1 coaching we have added a BESPOKE 16 week plan created for your chosen race, based on your life style to help limit injury, and created by a real person not AI. 

1-1 Coaching

We would all love to be able to train like Mo Farah but he had a whole team around him from chefs to massage therapists and was away from his family for months on end. 

Rebecca takes into account your job, social life, family commitments and adapts training to fit.  She will also look at what you enjoy, added in elements of cross training and strength and conditioning. Creating a 1-1 Training peaks plan for you to follow.

Run Analysis

How many of us know how to run efficiently? Have you ever looked at your race photographs and seen a wonky leg, or you're sinking into your hips as you cross that finish line.  

Rebecca will assess your run technique and create a plan for you to take away that will include specific run drills and strength exercises to help you run tall.  

 

Race Specific Plan

Bespoke 16 week run plan for your race goals, ensuring you stay injury free.

Choose from 5k, 10K,  Half Marathon or Full Marathon plans which include strength and conditioning sessions and run drills.

Ideal for your first race of you want to improve a PB but don't need the nudge to train.  These are also prefect if coming back from injury.

I’m not just a coach—I’m an endurance athlete who has pushed limits across running, cycling, and triathlon. I understand what it takes to train consistently, perform under pressure, and balance real life alongside ambitious goals. It’s fair to say sport didn’t always come naturally to me. I was the girl at school whose PE report said: “Not one of her natural talents, but Rebecca tries hard.” 

Over the years, I’ve completed 30+ marathons and ultra-distance events across trail, road, and lapped formats, along with 50+ half marathons. From iconic races like the Snowdonia Marathon to unique challenges such as the Nepal Capital to Country multiday event carrying full kit, to completing London Marathon dressed as a house.  I’ve experienced the physical and mental demands of endurance sport at every level.

In triathlon, I was the only female to complete the Outlaw Full Series in 2021—finishing all four Half Ironman-distance races alongside the full distance event. I’ve also completed 8 Half Ironman races, the Fritton Triple Triathlon twice, and the Lakesman in Lockdown, combining a full Ironman-distance bike with a marathon. 

I set a world record while cycling solo from Land’s End to John O’Groats, and have taken on extreme challenges like riding 130 miles with 4,000ft of climbing on a turbo trainer. These experiences aren’t just achievements—they shape how I coach. I know what it feels like to start, to struggle, to improve, and to succeed.
