1-to-1 Run Coaching

Alongside our community programmes, we also offer personalised running coaching through Team Wass Coaching.

Led by an experienced and established running coach, our one-to-one coaching supports runners of all levels — from complete beginners taking their first steps into running, through to experienced athletes competing at ultra-distance events.

Our coaching has helped runners achieve a wide range of goals, including:

Running their first 5k

Completing marathons and ultra marathons

Achieving podium finishes in 100-mile races

Every coaching plan is tailored to the individual, taking into account experience, goals, lifestyle, and training history.

Importantly, the income from 1-to-1 coaching helps support the wider work of Invis-Able Fitness, allowing us to continue providing inclusive exercise opportunities for people living with cancer, Parkinson’s, and long-term health conditions.

5K Your Way - Plymouth

5k Your Way is a support group with a difference. 

This community-based initiative is there to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at your local 5k Your Way parkrun event on the last Saturday of every month.

Rebecca is one of the ambassadors to launch a group at Central Park, Plymouth.  

This is a free event for anyone touched by cancer.  

Devon Mind - Mindful Plodders

Rebecca leads the Mindful Plodders C25K groups for Devon Mind. 

The 12-week programmes take place in Central Park on Tuesday evenings and is aimed at individuals who want to enhance their mental wellbeing through physical activity.

The weekly sessions provide a supportive environment, one that is friendly and inclusive, to help you work towards your goals. Whether your aim is to reduce stress, improve your mood, run a 5K, or meet new people. The programme will take you from Couch to 5K in 12 weeks, giving you the confidence to keep going, join a parkrun, or continue to run independently.
