Parkinson’s Nordic Walking Group

Our Nordic walking sessions for Parkinson’s focus on improving posture, balance, and confidence. Participants enjoy a friendly, social environment while building endurance, mobility, and stability through guided walking techniques. Classes are tailored to individual abilities, making them accessible to beginners and experienced walkers alike.

Run groups

Join our inclusive running groups, led by an experienced coach, Occupational Therapist, CanRehab exercise specialist, and Parkinson’s movement expert. Sessions are tailored for people with cancer, long-term health conditions, or other mobility challenges, as well as beginners through ultra-distance athletes. Build fitness, endurance, and confidence at your own pace in a supportive running community.
